Expat Expo is open to the public from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM on 26th September 2026 (Saturday) at the Ramada Encore Conference Center in Geneva.
Tickets:
Expat Expo is a free to attend event. However, ticket online registration is mandatory for each person attending, except those for children under 14, via our website: https://events.expat-expo.com/geneva2026
Animals:
Kindly note that animals are NOT allowed inside the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs, upon presentation of proof of official registration as a service animal. This is a rule from the venue we are renting and it can't be changed by Expat Expo.
Service providers attending the event as visitors:
Please note that any form of self-promotion by visitors inside the event is not permitted, as marketing opportunities are reserved exclusively for our registered exhibitors. If you are a service provider who was unable to participate as an exhibitor at Expat Expo, we kindly ask that you refrain from any promotional activity during the event. Should this occur, we may need to ask you to leave the venue. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Visa Application Letter:
Kindly note that Expat Expo cannot provide Visa Application Letters and letters of invitation to obtain a Switzerland entry visa for visitors to attend the event from abroad.

The Ramada Encore Conference Center is located at the heart of « La Praille » shopping centre and directly connected to the Geneva Stadium.

Stop: Grand-Lancy, Stade de Genève
- By car:
- From Lausanne or France, take motorway A41 via the airport and exit at « Genève - La Praille »
Parking:
The venue has a private and secure car park at the La Praille shopping centre (at an extra cost). The parking area is at the level -2, following the signs for "Hotel Ramada Encore".
