Expat Expo is open to the public from 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM on 17th May 2025 (Saturday) at the Freiruum Eventhalle in Zug.
Tickets:
Expat Expo is a free to attend event. However, ticket online registration is mandatory for each person attending, except those for children under 14, via our website: https://events.expat-expo.com/zug2025
Animals:
Kindly note that animals are NOT allowed inside the venue, with the exception of assistance dogs, upon presentation of proof of official registration as a service animal. This is a rule from the venue we are renting and it can't be changed by Expat Expo.
Service providers attending the event as visitors:
Please note that any form of self-promotion by visitors inside the event is not permitted, as marketing opportunities are reserved exclusively for our registered exhibitors. If you are a service provider who was unable to participate as an exhibitor at Expat Expo, we kindly ask that you refrain from any promotional activity during the event. Should this occur, we may need to ask you to leave the venue. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Visa Application Letter:
Kindly note that Expat Expo cannot provide Visa Application Letters and letters of invitation to obtain a Switzerland entry visa for visitors to attend the event from abroad.

How to get there:
- By public transport:
The Freiruum is a 5-minute walk from Zug train station. With the ZVB buses you can use the lines 6, 7 or 11 from Zug Landis und Gyr station to the stop "Zug Aabachstrasse". From the bus stop it is a maximum of 2 minutes walk to Freiruum.
- By car:
Take the A4a freeway (from Lucerne or Zurich) to the Baar exit, then keep to the right and follow the signs to "Herti" or "BOSSARD Arena". Go to the traffic circle on Aabachstrasse - and you've found the venue!
Parking facilities:
Those wishing to travel by car should allow sufficient driving time. Parking is available in the surrounding public parking lots and parking garages. We recommend the following parking options:
